How The Process Works
Step 1 - Discovery Conversation
We begin with a short conversation to learn about your goals, subject focus, preferred destination, and timeline. This helps us shape a program that aligns with your students and your educational objectives.
Step 2 - Program Proposal Review
Once the itinerary and program structure are drafted, Unearthed Education presents the proposal to our board of trustees for review. This ensures every program meets our standards for educational impact, safety, and program viability.
Step 3 - Launch & Student Recruitment
After approval, we provide materials and support to help introduce the program to students and families. Our team assists with communication, logistics, and preparation so educators can focus on the learning experience.
