How We Build Programs
Creating a meaningful international learning experience starts with collaboration. Unearthed Education works closely with educators to design custom faculty-led travel programs that align with academic goals, student interests, and the destinations that bring those lessons to life. From initial discovery to program launch, our team manages the planning, logistics, and support so educators can focus on the educational vision.
Step 1: Discovery
Every program begins with a conversation. Educators explore our global destinations and program models, then work with our team to develop a travel itinerary that supports their curriculum, learning outcomes, and student experience goals. Together we design a program that blends cultural immersion, experiential learning, and meaningful global engagement.
Step 2: Institutional Approval
Once the itinerary has been shaped with your goals, destination, and student experience in mind, Unearthed Education presents the program proposal to our board of trustees for review. This internal step helps ensure each program aligns with our standards for educational value, safety, and program viability before moving forward.
Step 3: Student Recruitment & Program Launch
After approval, we partner with educators to introduce the program to students and families. Our team supports information sessions, promotional materials, and outreach efforts to help build excitement and encourage participation. From enrollment through departure, we remain involved every step of the way to ensure a smooth and successful program.
